Custom Order Quote Form

Before filling out this form, read the following terms and conditions:

• No orders will be accepted or begin without a signed contract between you and the artist(s) you wish to hire. Filling out this form to obtain a quote or contacting us in any other way does not constitute a contract of our services.
• Once a contract has been signed, the cost of materials/patterns/recipes/rental equipment/licensing fees must be paid up front. An itemized estimate of these costs are included in your quote.
• We do not accept cancellations.
• Because of the nature of these items, custom and/or personalized orders cannot be exchanged.
• Custom orders cannot be refunded unless they arrive damaged. If that happens, return your order within 30 days of receipt for repairs.
• Personalization costs 10 NOK per sentence. (Convert from NOK to your currency.)
• Lille Kråke's individual billable hourly rate is a flat 200 NOK/hour.
• Tommy Lunde's rate is a flat 200 NOK/hour.
• Rates for collaborations depend on which portion of your order is completed by which artist(s.)
• You are responsible for covering the price of any major changes (as defined in your contract) to your order.
